TWG is available to assist in developing almost any custom pattern.  The Matrix pattern was created in conjunction with Neumann Monson Architects for the Iowa River Landing Parking Structure. Matrix is a mix of square and rectangular punch shapes placed in a ‘random’ pattern. The pattern typically has 36%-39% openness.   

Rectangular openings can be made in a range of sheet thickness, material and opening sizes, from .225″ x .25″ to 2.5″ x 4″. Call TWG for detailed information.

Oblong openings can be made in a range of materials, thickness and sizes, from 1/32″ x 1/2″ to 1″ x 1-1/2″. Common patterns are holes in a staggered layout but inline holes are also available. Call TWG for detailed information.

Flat Top Weave is a square or slotted pattern that places all of the crimps on the underside of the screen, creating long smooth runs of wire on the top surface.
